Getting started
How it works
Three steps from a paper bill to paid, with nothing to type if you don’t want to.
-
Step 1
Snap a photo of a bill
The amount, due date and company fill in for you. Check the details, then save.
-
Step 2
Choose when to be reminded
Up to three reminders per bill, at the times that suit you.
-
Step 3
Mark it paid
And watch it move into your paid list, so what’s left to pay is always clear.
Features

-
Scan any bill
Take or pick a photo; the details are read and filled in, and you can check every field before saving. Tap the photo to zoom in full screen.

Why it helps
What changes when nothing slips
Bill Organizer is for anyone who has paid a late fee or found a renewal they’d forgotten about.
-
Avoid late fees
A reminder before the due date, and another on the day if you want it, means the bill gets paid while there’s still time.
-
Stop paying for subscriptions you forgot
See every subscription and what it costs you in one list, so a renewal never arrives as a surprise.
-
Know exactly what’s due this month
Overdue, due soon and paid are always in plain sight, with the totals in figures you can read at a glance.
-
Feel in control of your money
Monthly spending, a category breakdown and a budget show where the money goes, without a spreadsheet.
Privacy
Private by default
Bill Organizer works without an account. Your bills live on your phone, and you decide if anything leaves it.
Read the full privacy policy- Works without an account. Your bills live on your phone.
- Sign in only if you want a backup. Use Sign in with Apple, Google or email to back up your bills. Otherwise, no sign in is needed.
- Your password is never stored on your device.
- No location tracking.
- Scanning uses our server and OpenAI. When you scan a bill, the photo is sent to be read, and our server deletes it once the details are filled in.
- Ask AI uses your bill details, never notes or photos. Your question and bill names, amounts and dates go to our server and OpenAI to answer it.
Do I need an account?
No. Bill Organizer works without an account, and your bills live on your phone. You only sign in, with Apple, Google or email, if you want to back up your bills.
Does it work offline?
Your bills, reminders and payment history are on your phone, so viewing and editing bills and receiving reminders all work offline. Scanning a bill and Ask AI need a connection, because they send information to our server and OpenAI.
What happens to my bills if I delete the app?
Because your bills live on your phone, deleting the app deletes them too. If you have signed in and backed up your bills, they are kept with your account and can be restored when you sign in again.
Can I use it on iPad?
Yes. Bill Organizer is designed for both iPhone and iPad, with dark mode and large-text support.
Which currencies are supported?
USD, EUR, GBP, CAD, AUD, INR, JPY and more. You can also choose the date format you prefer.
Is my data private?
Your bills stay on your phone unless you sign in to back them up, which includes their notes and photos. There are no ads, no tracking, no location collection and no selling of your data, and your password is never stored on your device. Two features send information when you use them: scanning sends the bill photo to our server and OpenAI to read the details, and Ask AI sends your question and bill details (never notes or photos) to our server and OpenAI to answer it. The privacy policy has the full picture.
How many reminders can I set for a bill?
Up to three per bill, each at a time you choose. Reminders are scheduled on your phone, so they arrive even when you are offline.
Can I pay a bill in parts?
Yes. Record a partial payment and the bill shows what is still left to pay, with a full history of every payment you have made against it.
